• Last date for Player’s Registration: 05:00 P.M. on 15 Oct 2025
• List will be published on Saturday, 18 Oct 2025
• Auction Date: Friday, 24 Oct 2025
• Event Date: 14 to 16 November 2025

Team Formation

• Rated Players only. (Standard Rating FRL Oct 2025 will be taken on account)
• Total Team : 12 (8 Players  at least one Female player)
• Minimum 4  players from Odisha
• Lodging | Boarding | Travelling will be born by the Team Owner.
• Bid amount will be given to the player on 16th November 2025.

Total Prize Fund: ₹ 10,00,000/- (Ten lakh only)

• 1st Prize : ₹ 5,00,000/-
• 2nd Prize : ₹ 3,00,000/-
• 3rd Prize : ₹ 2,00,000/-

Base Value for Auction

• Grandmaster (GM)            :  ₹  25,000/-
• International Master (IM) :  ₹  20,000/-
• Rated 2000 or above         :  ₹  15,000/-
• Rated 1800-1999               :  ₹  10,000/-
• Rated 1600-1799               :  ₹    7,000/-
• Rated 1400-1599               :  ₹    5,000/-
