From 3rd to 5th November 2023, a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, by the All India Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Seminar was organized at Hindusthan College of Arts & Science, Coimbatore with the support of Government of India Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports.
The Lecturer was IA Gopakumar M S (IND), FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar was English.
Twenty-two (22) arbiters from Indian participated in the Seminar and all of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Council:
