Dear Odisha participants of 44th National Team Chess Championship 2025 and 22nd National Women Team Chess Championship 2025 which were held from 5th – 11th March 2025 at GSC Bank, Sahakar Bhavan, Pallav Cross Road, 132 ft. Ring Road, Naranpura, Ahmedabad-380013, Gujarat.
Please provide your account number details along with bill vouchers to reimburse the tour expenditures up to a certain limit.

Any claim may not be accepted thereafter.

Odisha State Selected Participants of National Tournaments
Only players who were selected through State Selection Tournaments and participated in National Tournaments (excluding donor entry players, those who didn’t play State Selection, or those sponsored by AOCA from different sources) are eligible to apply for reimbursement.

Application Format:
- Name, Gender, FIDE ID & AICF ID
- National Tournament details (Event name, Place, Date)
- State Selection Tournament details (Event Name, Place, Date)
- Bank details (Account No., IFSC Code, Branch)
Important Notes:
- Reimbursement is for events held up to March 2025.
- Past applications will not be considered. Please apply afresh. Sorry for inconvenience
- Applications submitted after 25th April 2025 will not be accepted.
- Please treat this as urgent and apply at the earliest to avoid any issues.
