The 2nd All India Balangir OPEN and BELOW 1600 FIDE Rating Chess Tournaments are going to be held from 23 Dec to 27 Dec 2023 at KISS Campus, Balangir Branch, Balangir, Odisha. The event’s Organiser is District Chess Association of Balangir (DCAB) under the aegis of All Odisha Chess Association, and the Hospitality partner is KISS, Balangir Under the Guidance of All India Chess Federation and Federation Internationale des Echecs.
