Inauguration

The 4th Ganjam District Rating chess tournament was inaugurated by Sri Shekhar Chandra Sahu, First IM of Odisha, and gave an inspiring speech to the participants and guardians, Mr Dhanjay Sabat of CIPA gave an encouraging lecture and motivated the parents regarding their respective roles in a tournament, Mr PK Sabat, President, Ganjam District Chess Association Presided and Mr. K.K. sarma, Secretary, anchored the meeting. Total 149 participants from 5 states are participating. Nilsu Pattnayak of Odisha is the top seed player of the tournament.
