Tournament Rules
- System of play – The Tournament will be conducted as per FIDE laws of Chess & FIDE Swiss system with 7 rounds.
- Time control – 45 minutes plus 15 secs increment from move no 1 for the entire game.
- Tie Break – In case of a tie, the latest FIDE rules shall come into effect. The cash prize money, however, will not be shared.
- Default Time – The default time will be 30 minutes.
- Electronic Devices – All Electronic devices including wrist watches (all types of watches) are not allowed in the tournament hall.
- Withdrawal – A player may withdraw at any stage of the event after informing Chief Arbiter in writing.

Will be provided on payment at KTGS Campus on Double Sharing basis. Rooms will be provided on 1st come 1st serve basis as we have limited no. of rooms. Double bedded AC & Non-AC rooms available.
